My roots:
I was born in Dallas, Texas, but my childhood was shaped in León, Guanajuato. At just 9–12 months old, life took me to Mexico, where I was raised by my maternal grandmother alongside my siblings. Growing up surrounded by Mexican culture gave me a foundation of tradition, warmth, and identity that I treasure deeply. It’s an experience I couldn’t imagine my life without.
I carry immense pride for the country that welcomed me during a challenging time and offered me a sense of belonging, community, and cultural richness. Those early years shaped my values, my resilience, and the way I show up in the world today.
Now, as the founder of Elizabeth Aguilar Notary LLC, I blend the best of both worlds—my American birthplace and my Mexican upbringing. Notary Fees
The state-approved fee for each notary act is $10.00. This applies to all loan signing services and mobile notary services. *An additional administrative or convenience fee applies to all in-office notarizations.
Loan Signings
In-Office and Off-Site loan signing services are available for a range of notary fees, starting at $65 up to $400. We also offer mobile notary services to accommodate your needs.
Witness Services
Witnesses can be provided with a 24-hour notice for your loan signing services. The fees are set at $20 per witness, which is also applicable for our mobile notary services.

LLC Formation Facilitation
I offer LLC Formation Facilitation, which means I handle the full administrative process of forming your Texas LLC. You pay the state filing fee directly, and I take care of the setup, filing, tracking, EIN, and your startup documents. My service fee starts at $125.
